The Dune Cup kicks off and wraps up in Muscat, Oman’s capital. You'll head South-West towards Yemen in a vaguely clockwise direction, hitting a series of checkpoints to ensure you catch all the breathtaking spots (and to keep you from wandering off into Saudi Arabia!). This adventure, is all about exploring the uncharted, so gear up to be amazed by Oman’s beauty with your team.

The Dune Cup is not a race - it’s an adventure-driven, challenge-based competition where strategy, creativity, and a touch of madness decide who takes home the glory. While participants are completely free to roam, highly curated challenges and tactical checkpoints set the pace for collecting points along the way. From reaching the highest dune with your vehicle to driving the farthest south to spotting the largest giant turtle - each completed challenge earns you points. Some are easy, some are brutal, but all are legendary. The team with the most points at the finish line takes the Cup. Full challenge list? Revealed only at the launch event. Expect the unexpected.

For a fee of 3,720 EUR per team, you get:

Not a pro, but definitely a confident and experienced driver. If you're fresh off your driving test or if road trips aren't your jam, this isn’t for you. Oman’s roads are mostly unpaved, with steep climbs, endless twisty mountain paths and sand dunes. If you’ve never left asphalt before, maybe start with a yoga retreat.
